May 14, 2010 -- Now is the time for you, the citizen, to act in history! The McCain-Cantwell amendment (SA 3884) to reinstate Glass-Steagall-- the amendment that I have mobilized and fought for, is seventh in a line of amendments to be debated tomorrow for inclusion on the Senate financial reform bill. The bill itself will come to a vote on Monday, May 17. That means that we, as American patriots, have less than 96 hours from this writing to fight for this legislation to become law!

Were this crucial piece of legislation not made law and the purely speculative, toxic assets not separated from the sound ones, then the world financial system will collapse into hyper-inflationary chaos, as the recent desperate bailout of European banks by President Obama, Treasury Secretary Geithner, and economic advisor Summers, shows us. As economist Lyndon LaRouche starkly stated, if this legislation is not passed: "you can kiss civilization goodbye as we have known it."
