Obama Has Crossed the Line -- Time For His Impeachment

February 4, 2010 -- President Barack Obama's recent decision to cancel the NASA Constellation program, and replace government funding of space with private entities, drives me to officially call for his impeachment. Add to this his attempt to introduce a national healthcare plan that would systematically reduce healthcare to U.S. citizens, especially those most in need of it, and you should see that impeachment is long overdue.

If there was ever a doubt in the minds of our citizens that several of our Presidents historically were not their own men, and were being controlled by outside entities, that doubt has been shattered by the unabashed lies emitting from the President's mouth from day one. From promises of engaging in open discourse with the citizens of the United States, to increasing funding to our cutting edge space program, President Barack Obama has lied, lied, lied. At least President Bush's London and Wall Street puppet masters controlled someone who could keep his lies consistent. President Obama has done an about face on just about everything he promised on the campaign trail and has incensed the entire American population as a result-- regardless of party!

Our citizens have the right to the highest quality healthcare and living condition, in the name of the promotion of the General Welfare, as outlined in the preamble of our U.S. Constitution. As the preamble explicitly states, we do not promote this simply for ourselves today, but for our posterity as well. There are ways to achieve that, and it requires recognizing what policies have made us so successful in technological advancement previously. If we decide to cancel government funding for NASA in order to promote some balanced budget, simply to say that we balanced the budget, then we are denying the right of a decent future to our posterity.

There are those who foolishly say that the space program is like garnish sitting to the side of the main course, and then, there are those who understand that the main course is only made possible with the intended future that a manned Moon and Mars mission represents. I am in agreement with the latter group. Why shouldn't a child born in Bayview or Potrero districts today be one of the first Lunar or Martian colonists of tomorrow? The policy of high-end technology development is a sure winner for the development of the present and future economy of the United States. Privatizing the space program is the height of insanity.

As economist Lyndon LaRouche recently stated, as we look around the world, only the nations of Russia and East Asia are serious about development. As Europe and the Americas transition into the 'Green Age' (aka the 'Stone Age'), these other nations are constructing nuclear power, high-speed rail and planning comprehensive space exploration. Is this how it should all end?

We are confronted with a challenge to the very existence of our United States of America. Therefore, the Congress must oppose this FY2011 Budget for NASA presented by Peter Orszag and his band of creatures, remove them from office, and proceed with the impeachment-- or forced resignation-- of President Barack Obama.

Please donate to my campaign, to make the necessary economic development for the United States and the constituents of the 8th Congressional district of California a reality.
