An Exit Strategy for Afghanistan

April 8, 2010 -- There is a very simple solution to ending the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan. Under current U.S. policy and President Obama, U.S. troops are being killed by terrorists financed with proceeds from opium and heroin sales. The recent surge in Afghanistan by General Stanley McChrystal presented the case clearly: Even though Afghanistan is responsible for 93% of the worlds opium and heroin production, the United States, under President Barack Obama, will prevent eradication of British opium and heroin cultivation in Afghanistan's Helmand province.

Obama's New Opium War

April 4, 2010 -- Today, Obama's continuation of a war in Afghanistan and his refusal to end the British imperial drug trade is the dagger twisting into his own, and his nation's back. Under Obama's plan for Afghanistan, our U.S. soldiers have been commanded to maintain all poppy crops in the British-controlled Helmand province, a crop that supplies the funding to the Taliban and Al-Quaeda terrorist networks currently attacking our U.S. soldiers, and which produces the heroin spreading into Russia and abroad.

The End of the British Imperial System

March 22, 2010 - British Imperial apologist Niall Ferguson, in a Foreign Affairs magazine article entitled 'Complexity and Collapse,' has proclaimed that the United States empire is doomed to collapse. Ferguson is wrong; the United States is not an empire, but under the Obama administration the United States is doomed.

Victory in Texas-- Now California!

March 3, 2010 -- Last night, as the polls in the 22nd district of Texas were coming to a close, eyes were rolling in Washington D.C. Today heads are rolling. My fellow LaRouchePAC organizer and candidate to the U.S. Congress, Kesha Rogers, is now the newly elected democratic nominee in that district. This victory is the shock felt 'round the world and transforms the international political context that we find ourselves in today. Voters didn't just come out to put a candidate into Congressional office-- citizens across the 22nd Congressional district saw themselves as part of a national mobilization to impeach Obama and save NASA, the crux of our American identity, and to guarantee a future for this nation. For our citizens, the vote for Kesha was a call to arms saying, "We want our republic back!"
